(“Pegex,” “we,” “us” or “our”) owns, operates and provides this web site (the “Site”), the software as a service made available by Pegex, accessible via the Internet, that provides functionality to facilitate communications related to the handling, storage, treatment, disposal, or other processing of waste (the “Pegex Platform”), and the computer programs and applications made available by Pegex or its agents that are specifically designed to access and use the Pegex Platform on a compatible device (the “Pegex Applications”). “Services” means, collectively, the Pegex Platform and the Pegex Applications.
What information do we collect?
You provide information when you register for an account, post or transmit content (including any text, graphic, audio, video, or other content), respond or subscribe to surveys, newsletters or mailing lists, or otherwise use the Site or access the Services.
